Pursuant to Section 44 of the Electricity Act, 1999 (Chapter 145 of the Laws of Uganda) and Regulation 16 of the Electricity (Application for Permit, Licence and Tariff Review) Regulations, 2007, the Electricity Regulatory Authority hereby gives notice that it has received an application from ESKOM UGANDA LIMITED (‘Licensee’), for modification of Licence No. 018 for Generation of Electricity, to provide for the performance parameters/targets for the period April 2019 to March 2023.

In line with Regulation 16 (3), (4) and (5) of the Electricity (Application for Permit, Licence and Tariff Review) Regulations, 2007, all interested stakeholders and the public are hereby invited to inspect the Application at the Electricity Regulatory Authority Resource Centre between 8:30am and 4:30pm during working days.

 Any representations or objections in respect of the Application may be made by 25^th January 2019, and addressed to the Secretary to the Authority.
