Electricity Consumer must:

1. Pay bills for electricity consumed
2. Pay a security deposit requested by the electricity distribution company and other requirements for connection stipulated by ERA
3. Vigilant protection of electrical installations
4. Cordiality towards electricity workers
5. Customer (User) compliance to the requirements of the Grid code 2003
