The Electricity Regulatory Authority will host the third edition of the Women in Energy Forum, an event designed to foster meaningful dialogue on women’s participation in the Energy Sector and drive positive change. The conference will feature panel discussions covering a range of relevant topics, with a targeted audience that includes stakeholders from the Energy Sector, policymakers, academia, and media professionals.
The day will culminate into a dinner, presided over by the Honourable Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, providing an opportunity to celebrate achievements and strengthen networks within the sector.
The event is part of the Women in Energy Project, a Corporate Social Investment initiative by ERA. This project also includes a school outreach program aimed primarily at secondary school students, inspiring them to pursue education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). By doing so, it equips them with the knowledge to make informed career choices, potentially leading them into the Energy Industry.
