Installation Permits

The Installation Permits Committee is established by The Electricity (Installation Permits) Regulations, 2018. The Committee consists of the following members-

1. Two persons representing the Authority who shall be Chairperson and Secretary respectively;
2. One person representing a holder of a distribution and supply licence;
3. One representative from the Engineers Registration Board;
4. A representative of the Uganda Consumer Protection Association; and,
5. One person representing the Vocational Training Institute.
