Ms Rebecca Kisolo is a senior lawyer and advocate of the High Court of Uganda, with over 30 years of experience spanning banking, hospitality, the public sector, and private practice.

She has combined deep expertise in legal advisory, corporate governance, company secretarial practice, and risk management with board-level leadership and C-suite responsibilities.

Currently serving as Managing Partner at NOMREK Law Consultants & Advocates since 2020, she leads client service delivery, resource utilisation, and mentorship of junior lawyers. Her career spans roles as Head of Legal Services at PostBank Uganda Ltd, where she directed the legal function and supported the board; Practicing Advocate at Muhimbura & Co. Advocates with a focus on land law and litigation; Chief Executive and earlier Company Secretary at Nile Hotel International Ltd, where she facilitated the Serena Kampala concession and joint venture governance; and Legal Officer at The Cooperative Bank Ltd, providing enterprise-wide legal support during operations and liquidation.

She contributes to sector leadership as a Board Member and Honorary Secretary of TASO Uganda and as Vice Chairperson of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA) Uganda Chapter. Kisolo holds an MBA from ESAMI, an LL.B from Makerere University, postgraduate diplomas in Law and Human Resources, and is an enrolled practising advocate in Uganda.

Her core competencies include legal advisory and litigation, conveyancing and land transactions, procurement and contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and leadership. She is recognised for establishing robust legal oversight and board support functions at PostBank Uganda, while continuing to emphasise mentorship and professional development in her current practice.
